Since I can remember, my mom cooked for everybody who would visit our home. Not only did she cook for them but she would make sure they either took a plate, or a bag lunch. She fed a family of 10 every night. 20 years later my mom was still cooking for people at church, families, events, etc. I asked her one day, "Mom what's the name of your company"? she replied "I don't have a company to name" but if I had one, I would name it Gifted Hands. Without hesitation, Gifted Hands was created... Gifted Hands Meal Prep and Catering LLC, Healthy. Nutritious. Delicious. We focus on Meal prep, Catering, and making food with love. From your favorite meat, to vegan and vegetarian meals all are made with not only your health in mind, but your heart as well. April 2022 our home was flooded and we were forced to move. In the transition my mother began to get these bruises that were black and blue allover her body. May of 2022 My mom was diagnosed with Hemophilia, It's a rare blood disease that basically paralyzed her, forcing her to stay in the house for an entire year. On top of having two leaking mitral valves that were leaking fluid into her lungs and leaving blood clots throughout her body, I thought I lost my Sous Chef and she lost hers as well for good. Long story long, 4 surgeries later, she has been cleared to get back in the kitchen doing what we love to do, together using our hands to create vibrations of love through the art of cooking.With over 30 years of cooking experience cooking for large families, churches and facilities we are now able to share this gift with the world.
